let the child in you awake. Roy and I love to bring our crafts to you.
Bringing personality out in a block of wood or a scrap of fabric is just the
best. You can only imagine a finished project. Each piece of material
you work with comes out a bit different. Try as you might there are never
two alike. Similar in size and design but personality alone. Roy thinks I
am crazy I have sat and laughed many times because of the personality
appearing. And crazy doesn't even begin to describe what transpires.
Roy and I have been doing this for 25 plus years and we still delight in
the smell of the pine or finding a new piece of fabric. He has learned to
sew some and I know my tools. I love the scroll saw, it is so much like
sewing. The sander however still eats my fingers. My hands just aren't
strong enough. I'll do what it takes to get it finished. I have eaten plenty
of cotton gloves up on the sander.
Painting is probably my all time favorite project. Working with the
different colors and blends. Having the piece come to completion.
Several years ago we traveled 10 states and sold our products. In 1996
the market became saturated and we had to find alternative work. We
succeeded in doing that but never gave up our desire for our craft. We
are bringing them back to the world of the Internet in hopes our old
customers are out there still. We have patterns that are 20+ years old
and to most they are new. I have noticed in the market now that primitive
is really hot I will start on a Primitive page next week. Sure want to stay
with the trends. And of course it will be Christmas soon so that will be
coming really soon. Look around enjoy the sites and sounds and let me

| PLEASE as you view the site, remember no two items are identical, every thing is hand made and hand painted. They are as close to the picture as can possible be. I try very hard to keep the quality at it's best. Some are even made in a limited number, This will be stated on the item. I will let you know if stock is low and in danger of running out. At this time of year it is hard to do much but special orders. Remember the sooner you order it the better the chance of having it in stock. Special orders are being accepted thru November 15, 2007, with delivery in 10 to 14 days. |
