sent with 100% satisfaction only. We are glad to do special orders, the cost we try to keep to a minimum.
Otherwise we would have customer that were only partially happy. There usually isn't much in something that
comes in as a special order, so I try not to make a hardship out of it.
Things like hair color, clothes color and objects in their hand are usually easily remedy. So if you have some thing
different than you have seen in mind it never hurts to ask.
Roy and I both have full time jobs outside of our crafts so it is usually the next weekend before orders can be
handled. That still puts the shipping time in for 7 to 10 days. All shipped UPS with shipping and handling charged
to your order. The cost is $2.00 each or 4 or more Items the handling is discounted $2.00. The next discount for
shipping and handling is 8, then 12 and so on.
We have several unusually patterns in our inventory, for example these shelf sitters are make with wood and wire,
they sit pretty and are very pose able because of the wire in there arms and legs. So now there not just cute but
pose able. So don't hesitate to think big and give a shout out if you have questions or need a special item.
